Terms of service

These terms cover use of Social HQ, operated by Sus Hi, LLC (Sus Hi Eatstation). Questions go to funly@sushieatstation.com.

Last updated October 23, 2026.

The service

Social HQ lets authorized people draft, approve, schedule, and publish social posts for Sus Hi brands, and review metrics for accounts those brands connect. Publishing to Facebook Pages, Instagram, and other networks happens only through accounts a user connects, and only after the approval rules in the product are met.

Who may use it

Social HQ is for Sus Hi staff and for guests a Sus Hi owner invites to a brand. You need an account we provision, a hub sign-in we accept, or an invitation. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Meta accounts

Connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Messenger inbox means Social HQ may store the tokens, posts, insights, comments, and messages described in the privacy policy. You must have the right to connect that Meta account. Use of those products also follows Meta's own terms. We do not sell that data.

Your content

You keep the rights to content you upload. You confirm you have permission to publish it, including photos, captions, and music. You will not use Social HQ to post unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.

Approvals

A post is not published publicly unless the global publish mode allows it and an approver confirms that specific post. Until then, Social HQ does not send the post to a network as a public post.

Acceptable use

Availability

Social HQ can be interrupted for maintenance or by a network outage. Publishing depends on Meta and on the credentials for that account. We do not promise that a scheduled post will appear at a precise minute.

Ending access

We may disable a user or a connected account that breaks these terms or Meta's terms. You may ask us to delete Meta data at any time. See data deletion.
